After 49.99 years on this Earth and 9+ years in F3, YHC is posting a #PB on our glorious website for the first time ever. My VPB, if you will.
So some months ago, likely late one evening with a drink in hand (and numerous in the belly), YHC looked out at what AOs needed a Q on 8/31 for my 50th bday Q. It just so turned out that Mighty Oak, Ludicrous and Stretch all were in need, so the booze spoke up and instructed the thumbs to sign up for all 3. No plan, just seemed fun/funny at the time.
Fast forward a couple months and it's time to put together a plan…
Instead of using YHC's superpowers to be at all 3 AOs at once (YHC is not much of a showoff), YHC decided to throw myself a bday convergence party (Who does that??? THIS guy).
So we will converge at The Mighty Oak. There will be something for everyone to do, and for everyone to complain about. Perfect.
There will be a #standard offered at 0500, and a #corestandard offered at 0515, followed by the thang at 0530-0615, followed by coffeteria at Summit Birkdale.
Celebrate hump day. Celebrate the weekend mid-week. Celebrate the return of football season. Or just come post and get a so-so workout in.
