So I pull up at 5:25 and Goodlife is doing Burpees. Soprano quickly joins him. They tell me there is some Burpee challenge for January. I defer and stretch instead.
When 5:29 hit, soprano had 10 burpees left, so against my better judgement, I agreed to include 10 burpees in the workout. He finished them up, but the commitment was made.
so we moseyed to the theater.

we moseyed to the rocks and met in the parking lot at the pool.

Round Three
we moseyed to the small park and did a mobility moment.
Round Four
we moseyed back to the Starbucks and did our extra 5 burpees. Then moseyed back to the AO.
Round Five
We did Mary and this is where things went south. Things started off fine, but then the first call was hand release burpees. And the third call was blast off burpees. And the fourth call was burpees.
so, my typical burpee free workout went to shit and we ended up doing 30.
