Four pax met on a great, cool morning for some Sunday Runday. Our Sunday run is beocming a tradtion as this is the 4th Sunday in a row.
Slingshot and Tugs launched a 0500 from Birkdale Starbucks for 3 "warmup" miles. Then Crablegs and myself joined the youung guns for an additonal 10 miles at 0530. We ran around the island, up to Jetton Park for a lap, then down the new section of the greenway back to launch. Crab Legs (aka Mr. Progression) did his normal progression run and left us all in the dust on the last two miles. Only one pair of underwear didnt make it to the end – STK.
