10 determined PAX decided that they could safely get to Arnie's Army and enjoy some communal discomfort. Here is their story.
YHC had grand plans for this workout. Including a sled relay race where the PAX would push each other to victory. But, in all the excitement of getting my snow gear, warming the car, and clearing the ice from all the windows in order to leave by 0440 and make it to the snowy pre-ruck on time…I forgot the sleds! Remember my usual routine is to throw on a tee shirt, shorts, and shoes and take off…I'm not a big gear guy.
New MQ Tammy Faye, Former MQ Tuffy, and YHC met for a snowy pre-ruck at 0500. All of us drove our AWD or snow chained vehicles. By the time we got back, CB, MH, and Slingshot had arrived on foot from Birkdale area. Tugs was there too, who nonchalantly opted for an 8 mile round trip snow run. No big deal. Shaken, Enron, and Toxic all arrived by car after the beatdown had started. So we all made it safely. 99% sure everyone made it home safe too.

- Dips 12X IC, Incline Merkins 12X IC
- 7 minutes of Chelsea
- Partner field sprint DORA: jumps squats, carolina dry docks, apollo onos
- 20X burpees OYO
- Circle up for mobility moment…make a snowball while you stretch
- The PAX almost mutinied when I called to throw your snowball as hard as you can at your brother across the circle. So we did a snowball toss instead. Everybody's reward for their effort was 10X burpees OYO (hey that's 50 burpees)
- Early start to Mary: PAX choice for a total of 10 Mary exercises, many of them on the ground rolling around in that glorious snow.
- Washington Football Team run around the field and back to the cars.
- Really fall in love with that snow and ice with a Mack Tar Juy 12X IC (still don't know how to spell this)
- End it with Aquaman. For all those that kept their shirt on, MH and YHC literally added years to our lives during shirtless aquaman. #science
