1st Exercise – 20 Rock Squats
2nd Exercise – 20 Rock Curls
3rd Exercise – 20 Rock Shoulder Presses
4th Exercise – 20 Rock Skull Crushers
5th Exercise – 10 8 count body builders putting it all together

Naked Man Moleskin:
1) Excused absences with make-ups due are: Callahan, Thug, Gnarly Goat, Canuck and Oyster – travel, illness or job duties kept them away
2) Great to have Kosar and Holiday out, and of course Titan. Apologize on behalf of HT for the occuppied restroom. That is a very sinking feeling and we have all been there.
3) Just 11 more to complete THE Iron Horseshoe Challenge
4) Strong work by all today – kept hands and rest of us off the ground but underestimated how much those cold rocks would freeze our hands.
