-Dandy pulls in the parking lot at a speed lower than 20MPH for once. No wheels screeching. No need to run for cover as we typically do.

-In what was likely my last Q at SVU (due to moving across the lake) I spent ample time reflecting on what this AO has meant to me over the years. After moving to Denver in 2015 this is the AO I first visited and first learned about F3. I of course thought you guys were a bunch of lunatics for getting up at 0445 in the morning to get ready and get out the door for a workout. Little did I know F3 was exactly what I needed in my life and at exactly the right time. I quickly learned F3 has way more to offer than just a workout. I am forever grateful for the countless workouts, runs, soreness, pain, laughs, friendships and everything else you provided me over the years. Thanks SVU for everything you have given me over the past 7 years. #Respect
