AO

Only 3 had the nerve to slide in to the AO on the slickest roads in recent memory. Several drivers slid into ditches but the F3 members were watched over and guided safely to and from the AO (from pretty fair distances, I might add).

Carry the toys to the back for warm up as the parking lot was a sheet of ice.

Warm-up

20 IC SSH

20 IC Windmills

10 IC Dippy Birds

10 IC Merkins

15 IC Mountain Climbers

Arm circles and hammy stretches to finish it off.

Reflection: Isaiah 54:15-17

Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake. Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy. No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.

We need to remember that the Lord has got this all worked out. Nothing can stand against righteousness, so be good and keep going forward.

Special thanks to Cheetah and Tonka for braving it to come play. Prayers for a speedy recovery for Shirley.
