Mosey down to Bradley Middle
I got a lot of "positive" feedback last week about the merkin ladder, especially how it only went to 18. I learned during the ruck it goes to 23 at Bradley. To give everyone's a rest we switched to squats this week
We started at 23 squats, next to the 22 row for 22 squats, run back to the staring line, down to 21 row for 21 squarts, all the way down to 1
A hell of a mid workout mobility moment
On the way back up the ladder we did 50 jackknife LBCS to row 10, row 11-15 were dry docks (65 dry docks), and then mosey back to our wind tunnel. Force led us in some calves raises before headed back to the wall for some people's chair to get those legs fired up. Recover / Recover

Nair almost threw up, need to work on pushing him harder next time
