Egg-travaganza at The Cauldron


Egg-tra special Cauldron as Gnarly Goat the week prior HC’s to bringing fresh eggs to the workout.  And who could pass up on getting free incredible edible eggs?

The main event was a simple ladder (5,10, 15, 20, 25) of the following 5 Kettlebell egg-ercise sets:

Swings

Curls

Skull Crushers

Rows

Squats

After each set – lap around the green

Note: this ladder required both feet on the top rung.  In other words, the set of 25 was repeated (5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5)
