We did a lot of stupid stuff warmed up, did balls to the wall, ran, carried blocks, and played frisbee. In fact, we burned 882 calories and had 18 men rocking and rolling.
but none of that matters, because we have the Mighty Jungle's flag and Toxic doesn't seem to realize. Hope he shows this week to retrieve it, but that'd take him pretty far out of his comfort zone. I mean it's like 3 miles instead of .8 from his house.
