YHC arrived at 5:15 drawing energy on the way down by blaring 50-cent "In Da Club" and "Candy Shop" from Spotify. Within a few minutes of arriving, an unrecognized SUV pulled in. YHC approached the passenger as he walked towards me and introduced himself as JellyStone. YHC was honored and stoked after JellyStone said he was "down range", visiting from F3 CrossRoads (IL) on a business trip. YHC was also super excited that a few PAX appeared that aren't regulars….Estwing, Riverboat and Lego! A white late model 4 door Honda Civic Hatchback, pulled in a little late with Titan looked lighter and refreshed. Apparently Titan had to poop 3 times, 1 more than his normal 2 poops.
FNG-1 is JellyStone from F3CrossRoads IL – great seeing PAX visit down range
The Thang
Below is a general synopsis of exercises with missing details and most likely some items left out due to YHC changing things up based on the "pulse" of the PAX.
After a disclaimer, the PAX did a light mosey around the parking lot, towards the Christ Community church, and took the steps back up to the middle of the parking lot.
PAX circled for Warm-A-Rama, performing the commonly used exercises: SSH, IST, Toy Soldier, Long Snapper, Mountain Climbers.
An announcement was made that YHC would ask 7 Sean Connery trivia questions. Each incorrect answer would result in 7 burpees by all PAX except Canuck. Any Double Respect PAX can do whatever the h*** he wants! As I recall, the first trivia question was answered correctly so no burpees to start, however there seemed to be 5 incorrect responses resulting in 35 total burpees by the PAX (someone correct me if I'm wrong here)
After warm-a-rama, the PAX resumed in a mosey down the main strip of NMP, stopping again half-way down for additional exercises, planks: right arm up, left arm up, etc. and merkins
Mosey towards shelter covering picnic benches. Alternating leg-ups, dips and incline merkins were performed at the shelter.
Mosey onto track which circles soccer field stopping at the first corner and stopping at alternating corners performing WWII situps, merkins and a few sets of 7 burpees due to incorrect responses to Sean Connery Trivia.
Mosey back along main strip of NMP stopping again half-way for more merkins and planking.
Mosey back to original launching place for MARY…thx to Titan, Waffle, BagBoy and others for calling out different exercises.
Moleskin
- YHC called out by Lego for not performing the correct number of alternating leg-ups. "If you can't Q it, don't do it", barked LEGO. Good call out Lego! Thanks for keeping me honest brother.
- Unfortunately workout was not Canuck friendly as we got in 1.6 miles (roughly).
- As expected, Canuck continued his running while PAX did MARY. Awesome dedication Canuck!
- JellyStone from F3 Crossroads setting a lightning fast pace as we were running….them men from the mid-west are not only tough but fast too!
- Lego brought his dog which is always fun, don't recall his/her name, but no muzzle punches were thrown like Tornado, Mr. Hollands dog.
- Great seeing PAX which don't regulary attend Viking (KingFish, Riverboat, Estwing)
- YHC still polishing Q skills and was reminded a few times by BagBoy to say "recover"….thanks BB for the call out on that…noted and will improve each time.
- Titan continues to be the funniest damn PAX I've seen in a long time, sporting those new fancy multi-colored tights and always being a clown in Name-A-Rama
- Awesome seeing HoneySuckle Blue venture up to Viking from Exit 23…sorry we crossed wires on our planned coffee date brother! Hope to see you at Fission on Thursday as we celebrate Enron's birthday Q.
- Awesome Coffeeteria at Starbucks ATT with YHC, JellyStone (F3CrossRoads), RiverBoat and WaffleHouse!
- Frontier made a guest appearance at Starbucks.
- YHC accidently tagged Ron Rivera in #f3counts tweet instead of our RiverBoat….LMAO Ron is a Soft Commit for next Viking when the REDSKINS play the Panthers!
- Canuck took us out in prayer…especially lifting up our brother Hippie after his father Daniel passed on to be with Jesus.
Always humbled and honored to lead in the gloom. Thank you all who came out
