We did this adding new exercises each time we go to the bells until eventually it looks like this:

After the glute bridges, we added 10 more diamond merkins after coming down Hell's Ascent. And then YHC switched up the exercises

- WWII Sit Ups x 20
- Chest Press w/ low flutter x 20 IC
- One-Leg deadlifts x 10 OYO (each leg)
Run to pull up bars, 10 pull-ups, 10 burpees, run back to bells. Carry bells to launch

Moleskine
- We covered 1.5 miles today. I promised Enron 2 miles, but he was still okay with it.
- We had to do 10 merkins at the end to hit 50. the pax were pleased.
- A little running never hurt no one (only A LOT of running does that).
- Be on the lookout for a convergence on 3/17.
- Spearhead starts 3/24. Let's do hard things.
