The Q has two tennis balls.  One is is for Roxie and the other is for the PAX.

15 SSH

10 imperial stormtroopers 

10 windmills 

10 Toy Soldiers 

 

Thang:

 

Everyone grabs a block 

 

Everyone forms a line.  One person throws a tennis ball for Roxie and the other ball is for a PAX member to throw for another PAX member to retrieve.  This ball must go about 20 yards. 

 

Taking turns throwing & retrieving. If Roxie is faster to get back, the PAX has 5 burpees.  

 

Roxie did not cooperate like I had planned so we had to improvise.  Roxie only beat us one time- 5 burpees. 

 

Each throw , the remaining PAX does an exercise.  The PAX member running is the timer. 

 

Curls

Skull crushers 

Shoulder press 

Squats 

Mericans 

Block swings 

Block press on your back 

Rocky Balboa 

 

Everyone bear crawl 20 yards out then lunge walk back 

 

Repeat 3x 

 

10 Side bends with the block each side 

Around the world with the block 10 x each direction 

 

Put the blocks away and head back to the parking lot.

Recover Recover 

 

Great work by everyone.  The rain held off considering it was showing 40% chance the night before.  It was definitely humid as the sweat was dripping even though it didn’t seem warm. 

 

I stated there would not be much running but we probably put in about 1.5-2 miles (all short distance). 

 

Roxie is spent and will probably sleep for 2 days. 

 

Prayers for Wipeout as he recovers from a lung collapse (believed to be from being in an auto accident).
