Mosey to top of deck for warmarama.  Carpet Bagger showed in a walking boot so YHC immediately removed running from the workout to accommodate the F3LKN juggernaut.  

Mosey to bottom of deck and grab two blocks.  Then farmer carry the blocks to top of the deck stopping for the following exercises at the top of each ramp.  All in cadence and we started with just one exercise and then added a exercise after each ramp.  The we subtracted one exercise each ramp on the way back down.

Overhead press – 10
Curl – 20
Squat – 10
WW2s – 20 on my up
Lawn mowers – 10 each arm
Low flutter – 20

Blocks up once we were back at the bottom of the deck.

Mosey to the top of the deck then take the stairs down.

Mobility moment.

Recover, recover.

Then we were off to Main Street Tavern for 2nd F. 

It was great to be back at Night Ranger! The whole evening was a blast and the Night Ranger pax are hysterical. Big thanks to Crocs for allowing me to lead a great group of men.

I loved seeing Carpetbagger back out.  He didn’t miss a beat and was doing pull ups in the deck with his walking boot on.  Total beast!

Most of the pax stayed for 2nd F at Main Street Tavern.  This is always a great time if you want some bro time during the week.
