There were 5 who showed at 0500 I'm guessing for an early 3 mile standard. I didn't arrive to 5:28 and watched another 3 show up. Headed to Birkdale clubhouse for the last Monday of the month Murph.
Despite all the pushups everyone has been doing at workouts somehow it seemed extra hard to get 10 sets of 10IC done today.
Nevertheless we got it done. 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats.
For a personal victory…I even ran the whole way back to Summit Coffee, no walking not even the first hill. It's the little things.
Keep coming out…you will get stronger and faster. I'm neither strong nor fast, but better than I was 6 months ago.
