FNG1 is now Blizzard. The final QvQ quarterfinal between YHC and Flo was a barnburner. Titan and I did meet at 5 for a BBALL standard. Not sure if I was going to use ball today or not. Opted against. Since Flo was higher seed he picked AO and I chose to go second. We moseyed to back off school where we split warm up. Both leading two exercises then hand off to Flo.
We split up into five groups then 1-3 went and grabbed blocks while 4s and 5s were told where we would start. Group one was at the end and did squat to press.
Group two was next doing skull crushers.
Group three did block swings
Group four did V-ups
Group five was timer running to group one then back then to group one where we would rotate to next group.
Flo has good music and timer for when to switch as well. We went through this cycle probably five times. Then we lined up across parking lot and did 10 merkins 10 lunge walks 10 CDD's then bear crawl back. Repeating that then hand off to Amen
Circle up then on six for airborne mind bender. Frontier with the ten count then on feet and mosey over to play with the other balls in front of school. Leap each ball doing burpee in between each to the end. Then head over to the planters and plank until all are done at balls. Next we did the Pinky Pie…1 incline merkin to one dip then 2 to 2 and so on up to 10. Then we headed to the end of the sidewalk in front of school and ran length of sidewalk to opposite end where crosswalk begins stopping at each tree on right and doing merkins starting with one at the first tree and adding one at each tree. There were 19 trees so of all were completed you would have finished 190 total. Then we ran back to where we left blocks and there was enough time to do JLO and pigeon. We all put blocks away then recover recover. Flo and YHC went behind wall while the votes were tallied. Amen is victorious and will not move on to take on Toby in final four on Friday at General.
The other semifinal will pit Estwing and Omega Saturday morning at Mighty Jungle at St Mark. Final will be on Monday place TBD.
We had a name (Snowflake) for Estwing brother in law but found out later that the name was already taken so it has been changed to Blizzard.
Great job today guys and thanks for supporting Flo myself and the other participants. Thanks to Kosar for the AO and to Scrappy for mediation. Thanks for the beatdown Flo. It always sucks which is good for my fat ass.
