Double your pleasure, double your fun!

Thanks to the suggestion from Mulligan, 4Banger decided to support the QvQ semi-final today between Amen and Toby.  Launch 5:10, run to The General, do the work, finish the banger.  All pax get double credit for attending both workouts, IN FULL (unlike some LESS fun Friday morning Birkdale/Summit workouts that just "dropped in for a moment").  Congrats to Amen for advancing to the final, it's not every day you see (hear?) a man poop his pants just to win a contest with no prizes… but here we are.
