Swampfox not on website in attendance. Many from Emmaus came by as well. They are given credit in their backblast by Jedi.
I showed up early to get reminder of lay of land. Toby shows up shortly thereafter as he sets up for his run. The parking lot starts to fill up. We have large group today.
We head over to the shovel flag for the pledge.
Toby chose to go second but we decided to split warm up then get 20 minutes each so we mosey by my van for warm up. I lead 2 and he leads 2 then I get out my speaker and play my new favorite song Amen by For King and Country as we remain in plank and every time they say A – MEN we go down on A and up on MEN. It was fun 5 minutes. Then we moseyed to the rockpile. After grabbing rock we did one clean crisp burpee. Then it was time for Rock webb. One merkin to five overhead press up to 4 andn 20 and back to 1 and 5. Put rocks back then 15 JLO in cadence. Mosey back over by flag and Emmaus gang joins in. Circle up for some Monkey humpers, CDD's where I again got defensive. Then finished out with 15 more JLO in cadence and right leg pigeon. Then handed off to Toby.
Toby finished off pigeon with opposite leg then catchers pose. Then over to other rock pile to grab rock and bring back to far parking lot and circle up. Trivia questions were asked to PAX and for right answer we get to do Crocs favorite half burpee. A wrong answer would mean 15 count of rock exercise. More right answers were given than wrong and we did glute bridge with rock (rock the block) a Rodeo fave and Snow angel a Toby fave. We put blocks away and headed back to shovel flag for recover recover.
The PAX voted and YHC came out winner by one vote. Will meet winner of Omega/Estwing in final at Sword on Monday Lake Forest Church. And as I am writing this on Saturday evening we know that Omega will be my worthy opponent.
Thanks to all the PAX coming out to support the QVQ, Toby and I. Thanks to Deep Dish, Holiday and Jazzhands for allowing us to use this great AO. Please remember to sign up for this and other AO's to Q. You won't regret it. See ya in the finals!
Amen out! Peace!
