Time to choose a new spotify playlist

FNG- Toxic EH'd a neighbor Jerry- (64) who killed it. Toxic showed late, we thought he we going to no-show on his FNG.

We wern't going to let a few puddles stop us or the planned exercises on our 6's this morning.

 

Warm up in this relative order

  • SSH
  • 1 pentaly burpee for toxic showing up late
  • Inchworm crawl outs
  • IST
  • The windmill

The Main Thing

Break into 3 groups starting at one of the stations.

This was 4 minutes at each station, 1 minute rest while rotating. Some of our overachieving brothers couldnt seem to handle a full minute rest and proceeded directly into the next station.

About halfway though the first round Ultraman couldnt handle the "BEAST MODE" spotify playlist that seemed to be playing soft rock and insisted on something more motivational.

Station 1

  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Trricep dips
  • 10 Reverse lunges each leg
  • 10 each low, mid and high dolly

Station 2

  • 20 Merkins
  • 20 squats
  • 20 Curb kickers
  • 20 Freddy Mercury's

Station 3

  • 30 SSH
  • 30 High knees
  • 30 LBC's

 

1 time through each station and we stopped for a mobility moment with downward dogs and pigeons and cobras.

Short mosey to Hugh Torrance and back

Repeato stations 1-3

2 minutes of Mary including plank and some J-Lo

Praise for ponch being released back to work, now we just have to keep him healty.
