COT/Prayer (F3 marriages and showing up to support Toby Talks)

Moleskin:
Yes, there were two rounds of pigeon (Your YHC cares about the health of his Pax).

Pit Stop wanted to do two more rounds, but YHC had to tell him that we weren’t young and spry like him. BTW, he also does high skips with excellence (perfect form).

Honeysuckle Blue kept doing one-arm pushups in between transitions just to flex. Dude, please!

Camel Back has been doing a lot of running lately and is in beast mode (making us all feel inadequate-except for Crocs).

Crocs broke every HR rule he could think of. Perhaps we should make him HR Director for F3? Some people just create their own path…

Rodeo was secretly thinking about how his Q’s are much better than YHC’s and that he should have Q’d today’s AO. His wisdom and experience was evident in his form with rocking the block. If it were an Olympic sport, it was probably a 10/10.

Prison Break was at the front of the Pax as usual. He’s been crushing it lately. I think he’s ready for regular AO Q's in the near future.

Jedi gave us tips on how to be better listeners with our M’s. As he spoke, I was reminded of Frozone’s experience in the Incredibles, “‘Greater good?’ I am your wife! I’m the greatest good you’re ever gonna get!”

Nacho Libre taught us that even with obstacles, one can still show the determination needed to persevere in the most dire circumstances. His example also reminds us that we’ve all had “that moment” when you realize…

All to say, it was a good post. Thanks to my F3 brothers for posting today. It’s always a pleasure and honor to be on this journey with you.
