*Mosey to block pile

*Grab a block and go to back parking lot

*Round 1

    -20 Block Squats

    -20 Block Lunges

    – 20 Block Jump Overs

    -20 Block Pickle Pounders

    -Pax Free Throw Attempt = Made (So no burpees)

    -Take a lap around the parking lot.

*Round 2

    -20 Block Curls

    -20 Block American Hammers

    -40 Block Presses

    -20 Block Skull Crushers

    -20 Block Swings

    -Pax Free Throw Attempt = Airball = 10 Burpees

    -Take a lap around the parking lot.

*Round 3

    -20 Block Squats

    -20 Block Lunges

MUMBLE CHATTER

*No practice shots were allowed and the PAX did not like that.

*Before we start a comment was made that it was a little cooler than expected. I think that changed after about 10 minutes.

*Shoulder fatigue was blamed for bad shots.

*American Hammer with blocks was not a crowd favorite and drew a comment similar to “You have lost your mind” or something like that.

*FNG is POS if I remember correctly. Doesn't seem to be on the website or I just heard his name wrong (That is a brutal name)
