  • As training escalates for the Ville to Ville, evidently Pinky is accused of being a peeping tom, running around neighborhood in dark clothes…
  • Natty was advised by his physician and workout partner, "No full on frontals" whilst performing the deadlift rows due to the nature of his last ass ripping injury
  • Inspiration of re-branding broga to deep stretch came to Natty this week or during this exercise, not sure
  • Due to the average age of the pax this morning, the pax determined we need to do easier workouts to get the new guys to come!
