As mentioned in the pre-blast, when you show up for Samson Suicides, you know what is coming so my confidence was heightened as I pulled in to a few cars and even saw some in the rear view mirror. All in all, 7 pax and a couple of dogs answered the bell for the April version of Samson Suicides.

Mosey through the parking lot doing variouis movements to get the body warm and ready. Circle up in top lot for SSH, IST, WM, TS, and LS

The Thang:
Samson Suicides (with a cherry on top!!)
"The Cherry": somewhat new addition depending on time but for the 5th level we did one block burpee; zamporini across lot; 2 block burpees; and so on up to 5 block burpees. Block stays up the entire time!! Seems simple but after round three the arms are a wobblin'. I'm thinking we do this every time someone completes their virgin Samson Suicides (t claps to Dingo, Spreader, and Hot Box for poppin' their cherry this morning!!!

Great start to the day boys. Uncle Rico could not be caught and tore up the workout. Snake Eyes is beast mode and always kills the prayer in COT. Dingo and Spreader seemed to dig in and get through it with some chatter of their own (and I did hear a promise from Dingo to come back again!!) So happy to see 66 out again (his dog kept him hoppin for sure!!); Didnt hear much from Hot Box but I think thats a good thing!!! Well done brother!!
