Try not to get lapped


YHC brought back a true Fartlek for today. The plan was as many laps as possible with an easy pace for recovery mixed in with a 10k, 5k, & sprint over a .6ish mile loop. The primary goal was not to get lapped and I think everyone avoided that outcome. Most ran between 4-5.5 miles.
