Square gets bigger and increase the reps by 2 for each lap until you reach 20 count for each exercise. We only made it to the round of 18 reps.
Last lap included about 1/2 the parking lot
Instead of running the parking lot after the round of 18 we walked back to front of the church and did the 10 mericans, 10 V ups & 10 dry docks.

The weather was nice but the pollen is still hanging around. Great work by Toxic & Happy Gilmore. Each round got a little harder and the sweat was dripping. I think Roxie will sleep the rest of the day.
