-Fun fact: Q is a big fan of the theater (Shocker…). Last nights installment after a long covid hiatus was Hamilton. I’m scoring it a 4 on a scale of 10. Don’t believe the hype. The King was funny tho

-Grip is interested in swimming lessons. Be buoyant

-There are few things Q likes more than a solid shoulder set with the aid of bricks. It’sonfire!!!

-Schwinn is busy getting the house ready for his Monster In Law for Mothers Day weekend. Love that phraseology

-'Twas a chatty group today so did not leave adequate time for the Billy Blanks taebo set

-Prom pictures on Saturday at 4:30 and Dads are welcome

-We learned something new today. Those of us in the know recall that a brick workout always ends with the “G Rip special”, or a 6 inch leg left with both bricks balanced on ones ankles with Pax counting down from 10 thrice. This is so named since Grip may have had some historical challenges mastering said exercise. After Q announced the G Rip special, he advised the Pax to check ones 'sac so as to not create the proverbial vice grip and resulting varicose veins in the testicular region if said jewels got caught between ones legs during a weighted leg lift

-In replaying these instructions, PAC arrived at a shortened version of “G Rip special, grab your sac. Got it”

-Promotional efforts for the Shot walk on Sunday May 29th at 6:30pm down at Muscle Beach are pending

-MILF3 Sprint Triathlon on Saturday June 4th at 8am at Muscle Beach

-Prayers lifted up for these graduating High school seniors and all of the mothers, the provides of life

-Bricks did not disappoint

-Great work men!!!
