After a long hiatus, BBBroga made its return today. 5 men got their zen on to loosen up after a long winter (Booosh, Broke and S-dub did a pre-BBBroga standard). We settled back into the old routine like it was yesterday with our warm up walk to clear the karma then got into the stretching, first on our feet, then on our 6, finally on our back.
As usual the MC was spectacular, in mid-season form already.
- zippy mentioned every time he's at LKN Brewery he sees multiple church leaders, to which broke replied "That's where Jesus would be." Thanks for naming the back blast!
- Boosh is in full zen mode to the point he's forgotten he's switched from right to left during multiple poses
- S-dub survived working nights with a little extra effort required due to 12 teammates catching Covid
