Emergency Q, or Was one actually needed?

We decided on a bit of Moseying around the Teeter, warmarama on the side of and in front of the Teeter and then we began a 4 corner effort.  Because of some differences in running abilities, we moseyed the 4 corners with nearly 12 stops to re-group.

Naturally, this led to a lot of planking which is, as we know, perfect for men of a certain age.

After some exercises in front of the new medical building (NE corner), like we need more, we then did some dips and step ups in front of Barley Corn, owned by an former F3 LKN pax, Closing Time.

Following that we did some Wiley Coyotes (Merkins on the railroad track).

We called an audible and did 4 windsprints in Front of Food Lion, to give both grocery stores their due.  We hit the library, Paint store parking lot,  KadiFit.

There was some heated discussion about leaving "no one behind."  Our pax all had "6" coverage, which was great to see.  At Coffeteria we were approached by a guy who lived nearby, heard us and said how cool it was to see us.  He didn't quite bite at the chance to join us (knee surgery coming up!?).  Maybe we will get him in a few months!

So psyched to see BelAir, at age 70, new to the area and he has completely jumped into to F3.  He's at every coffeteria as well.  And we had a new FNG, Cole, who is 18 years old!!  He's heading off to the Navy soon.  Let's wish him well.
