We did 4 rounds of the exercises below, rounds of 30, 20, 18, 10 reps for each exercise. Between rounds we partnered up, partner 1 took off with a farmers carry of both bells, partner 2 did 5 burpees and then ran to catch p1. P2 takes the bells and partner 1 does 5 burpees. Kept the pattern til back to portico.

had a couple minutes for Mary: partnerless leg throw downs, jackknife crunches, crunchy frog, and 5 burpees to make sure we had enough. Had some decent mumble chatter and Dingo picking. Some nice tunes accompanied the workout if I may say so myself. Thanks for the great AO and chance to lead some fine gents this am F3 and Flo! Great to have the portico although we really didn't need it too bad today.
