On Monday YHC stated that if nobody grabbed the Q for today that I would just wing it with another Murph to make you all pay. Well that resulted in nobody signing up to Q and then rather than posting for some resulted in a fartsack. You should have called my bluff… maybe. Below is what we did. I got several WTF looks and a couple "You serious, Clark?" questions.
Warmup consisting of the below exercises all IC of 10-15 reps. I might be lying about a couple and maybe missed one. What we did isn't really that important, it's just the we did something to get loose. It went something like this.

Evolution of Man. (miss you Clubber) Before man could run, he had to walk. Before he could walk, he had to crawl. We start these series of exercises at the bottom of the parkinglot and go all the way to the end, maybe 130 ft or so to the top the mosey back down.

Q explains we will be doing one Burpee followed by one pull-up. Sounds great except we are going to repeato the crap out of it. The move is called G.I. Jane 2, featuring Jada Smith, Don't slap me Will. Normally G.I. Jane is 100 Burpee Pull-ups, except twe don't have enough time left, so we just did 50 of them. That's easy, right?
