8 men emerged to run some miles along the Old Faithful 5@5 route. Prior to running, conversation about where to do coffeeteria after run and the necessary safety equipment needed to embark on the run. Once everyone met, Shaken's stamp of approval, we were off and running. Paces and mileage was up to the pax. All men accounted for at end of run. Strong work by all.
Hopefully Sudz recovers from his illness and is ready to rejoin us soon.
