YHC took the Q from a workaholic MQ.
Pax of 5 met at 0530 and decided upon the track instead of offsite.
We warmed up, we stretched, we did trackwork intervals with progressive pace increases. We started to do some workout stuff in between intervals but then thought better of it. We did COT things. Then YHC had #sadclown coffee.
