The God of War and The God of the Sky watched over us. . .
From my inadequate research, it seems that the unknown planet accompanying Mars this morning was likely Jupiter, meaning that the ancient gods were watching over us and probably criticizing our form (they had their work cut out for them this morning).
My friend young Nate joined us for his first post this morning for his first workout since a near-fatal car crash a few months ago. His left hand capacity is still AWOL, so we did a cardio/leg/ab/core workout involving higher-reps, slower counts, and a bit of running.
YHC switched from cautious disclaimer, to pushing our new recruit, back to warning about injuries and modifying, so Canuck accurately accused the Q of playing good cop/bad cop. It's hard to know where to draw that line, I guess!
The air was warm, the banter lively, the workout invigorating, the coffeeteria stimulating. Nuff said.
