Just Another Wednesday Workout


13 men showed – ready for a morning beatdown.  And they got it.

Warmup

  • 40x SSH
  • 15x Toy Soldier
  • 15x Imperial storm trooper
  • 10x Long snapper
  • 10x slow windmill
  • 15x Mountain climber
  • 10x merkins
  • run to the opposite side of the theater on the pure barre side

ROUND ONE: Theater Wall

  • 30 second wall sit
  • wall sit exercise
  • Lunge walk
  • 30 sec balls to the wall

Round Two: Rocks

We moseyed to the rock pile and grabbed rocks.

  • 10x weighted squats 
  • 10x curls
  • 10x OHPs
  • 10 skull crushers 
  • 15x 8-count burners
  • lap around the tennis court with rock

not once, not twice, but thrice.

 

then we moseyed back to the theater.
