Rona recovery workout

Just off a recent bout with COVID I found myself wanting to get back to it, my lungs didn't fully agree but we all made do and I stayed a little farther back than usual. 

Great to have 9 PAX show up for a typical Monday beatdown

We did have a naming of FNG (Dingo's 2.0-Sutton). We ended on Church Mouse and beleive me there is IRONY in this naming. But seriously, he's a great kid and he is welcome at any workout, anytime. 

Warm up: SSH, IST, carrot puller, lap

Thang

Blocks-curls, over-head press, lawn mower, upright rows, take a lap

curls, over-head press, block swings, rows, lap

Head to the bars

4 rounds of Murph style (10 pull-ups, 20 Merkins, 30 squats) for those who missed last Monday

Stop at the field for sprints with dips, burpees, incline Merkins mixed in

Back to blocks for some finishing curls Over head press swings

and a round of Mary. (jack knive lbc, freddie mercury, rosalita, Merkins,)
