Introducing the Warrior Pigeon


Who says you can't work up a sweat stretching? We did today. Some of the various stretches we did:

Shoulders

Triceps

Biceps

Neck

Forward fold

Upward & Downward  dog

Runners Pose & Stretch 

Childs Pose

Cat & Cow

Seal

Calf grinders

Pigeon – proud, high, warrior & regular 

Spinal twist 

Spinal rotation 

Cobbler

Happy Baby

YHC tried to hold the poses for a longer duration today and really worked up a sweat doing so. YHC also introduced the warrior pigeon which took both balance and strength. It was a crowd pleaser. The jam band music however, not a crowd pleaser. Noted.
