The Thang:
Warmup
Rocks – curls, shoulder presses, skull crushers, squats, front lunges, side lunges then run to bleachers. Included curls to shoulder press to skull crushers with no rest
Bench – dips, incline mericans, rosalita, repeato with the W
Burpee lunge walk 5 lunges each leg, with 3 burpees till reach soccer endline
Soccer midfield 10 mericans, squats & crunches, repeato at end line then loop back to start, repeato
Back to benches for dips & incline mericans to fill time
