The Thang
The standard Vern round goes like this:
- 10 pullups
- Run to the benches and do 20 dips
- Run a lap around the parking lot
- 25 Merkins
- Run another lap
- 30 LBCs
- Run another lap

- Possum has been out to 2 FKTs in a row, which means he’s a regular. So if you want to see him on a Tuesday, you know where he’ll be.
- HSB answered the call and crushed it today. Glad to have you out!

- Noticeably absent: CherryBomb, Popcorn, HotBox, AM-PM

- There are a lot of standards going on but the, hotly contested, core standard is definitely a thing now. Perhaps we can come to a compromise so everyone can standard together? This is also so that I don’t get assaulted by Frodo again.
