15 x SSH, Cotton Picker, Windmill, Storm Trooper, Lunge

The Thing

Mosey to bottom of parking. 4 pain stations

1) 15 squats and 10 merkins, Quadfillia to stop sign

2) 15 lunges and 10 merkins, 2/3 sprint to end of lot

3) 15 MBBH, 10 merkins, mosey to bottom of lot

4) 15 monkey humpers and 10 merkins, mosey to block pile

IC 15 curls, 15 skull crushers, 15 bench press, 15 squats, 15 BB Sit Ups, 15 Blockies

Return blocks and mosey to run stations in reverse order

4) 15 BB SU, 10 merkins, Quad to top of lot

3) 15 plank shoulder taps and 10 Merkins, best sprint to first stop sign

2) 15 Mtn Climbers, 10 Merkins, mosey to end of lot

1) 15 pickle pounders, 10 merkins, mosey to launch pad
