Four got after it at BRP by doing the following:
Smokey got in the 30 minute run standard.
We parked at the tennis courts due to the main lot being roped off for Concert in the Park.
All running was done at a casual effort but a bit quicker than a mosey.
Run the perimeter of both soccer fields. SSH, IST, long snap.
Grab a sandbag each and line up on the sideline. 5 sandbag swings and throw the sandbag granny-style on the 5th swing. Continue this until you reach the other side.
Run to the train tracks. 3 rounds of Wile E. Coyote merkins, a round of Wile E. Coyote Peter Parker's, and a round of Wile E. Coyote Parker Peters.
Run down the dirt road to the 55+ community.
Slow squats while reading the advertisement for a condo coming moles to be built there in 2019.
Run to the brick red tennis court gazebo area. Dips.
Run to the Raiders field by the football field.
5 burpees.
2 sets of 10 pullups
2 sets of 5 toes-to-bars.
Run the long way back to BRP.
