Quality Family Time

Event Date

Chelsea's Little Sister has never visted The Mighty Oak. 6 of the hardest working pax in Isotope spent some quality family time with her this morning. Here is their story:

Usual warm up and disclaimer then a quick explanation of Chelsea's Little Sister (3 exercises performed EMOM) with very little in the way of describing the longevity. Keep the thang simple. The non-KB version goes like this…

Burpees x 4 OYO
Mericans x 8 OYO
Air squats x 12 OYO
Repeato x 4
Run a hard lap

The pax finished 5 full sets and even found time for the usual Mary of Hold Its, Little Auto Crunches, and planks. That is 100 burpees, 200 mericans, and 300 squats for those counting.

We learned of Dark Knight's name origin. Lots of benefits that come along with service: 10% discount at Lowe's, the eternal gratitude of the pax, and a cool F3 name just to name a few…allegedly. Awesome meeting you this morning brother. Crushed the workout. Come find us on Tuesdays at Summit Birkdale for FKT.

Sac does what sac does. Gets low on squats and barely breaks a sweat. Strong.

Tammy Faye hates hard running less than 100 SSHs. Had to get that in writing. He's not alone.

Big Montana got a similar level of respect with his F3 naming as Dark Knight. Same same.

Dingo got the core workout he came for. Someone tell the BGs that burpees get it done. No need for the core standard.

Thanks for the opportunity to Q at The Mighty Oak. Prayers up for those that weighed heavy on our hearts this morning both spoken and unspoken. This was one of those mornings where YHC didn't want to get out of bed and gathered there were others that had a similar sentiment. We did so for our brothers. We did so because this F3 thing matters and keeps us sane when life's problems weigh too heavy. We need our brothers and YHC is thankful that you men showed up to make this morning awesome. Sometimes you never know the weight another carries but just being present like on a morning like this can make a world of difference. Aye. Until the next time…
