What do you do when 2 show and you have a double and triple respect – you go workout! That's what Bel-Air and I did this morning in the steamy gloom. I told him that the scripture for today's devotional talked about when 2 or more are gathered and we off we went. A double respect and triple respect griding out a very standard Goat approved Heaven n' Hell workout.
Warm up – ISS, Toy Solidiers
Mosey to in front of Dick's – squats, Long Snappers, stretch
Mosey across bridge – merkins IC X 10, LBC's IC X15
Mosey to rock pile – pick a rock – curls IC X15 –
back and forth with mobilty at bottom, + merkins and LBC's and rocks – curls, shoulder presses, skull crushers
more mobilty – across bridge to Dick's Praying Mantis IC X 15
Mosey to start, merkins IC X 10 – total 100 merkins – had to make Goat happy
COT – was quick and coffeteria talked about all kinds of things and got to now each better.
Bel-Air is an inspiration – 70 years, busting his butt to lose weight, new hip, and one of the best attitudes in F3. Pushes himself, always smiles, and just works to get better everyday!
