We went inside to the parking deck for a workout I used at Night Ranger a few weeks back and I think only Camelback got to deal with that fun
Quick Warmup
Line up at the bottom level of the parking and partner up
Partner 1 runs and Partner 2 starts the excerise, every 50 reps you can move up a parking space to reduce the running.
200 slide across with the KB
200 Skull Crushers
200 Chest Press
200 Squats
Moblility Moment at the top
Repeato on the way back down with new excerises
200 american hammers, each side counts as 1/2
200 curls
200 lunges

Moleskin:
- A lot more than I expected on a Friday morning at DPK but also shows the strength in the region and a lot of men able to Q
- It was humid and the parking garage does an incredible job keeping the heat in
- Ponch was trying to do the frog pose and Bel-Air told him he was about to get a real life skull crusher
