Good run today, only about 2 miles of distance, but I feel it in the hip flexors today.  Force & T-Bone, next time you want to slow the PAX please box-in Jenny and/or Gambini.  Hope this helps all those working miles avoid injury, that's at least the intent, until next time, thanks to BEP for the opportunity (where was he), look forward to next time.
