Two Pax met in the gloom, this is what we did:
Run around the parking lot, then IST, Carrot pullers, jumping jacks.
Mosey to Starbucks, then Pax took turns picking upper body, abs and legs exercises – Mericans, LBCs, Squats.
Mosey to movie theater – Carolina Drydocks, Freddie Mercuries, Forward lunges.
Keep moseying, stopping periodicallly for pain stations.
Made our way to the rock pile. Curls, shoulder presses, squats.
Mosey down hill for mobility.
Back to the rocks, repeato but with skull crushers too.
Make our way back to the start, again stopping for pain stations along the way.

Moleskin: Knew it was Murph Monday and did not see a Berean pb, but stopped by anyway. Was seriously thinking of going back to sleep if no one was there, but Bel-Air was already getting some standard laps in when I arrived and we proceeded to get to it. Iron sharpens iron!
