Remember: Bob who had to have his leg amputated due to diabetes; Caroline who just had a baby; Am/Pm for a Bible study he will be leading at Freedom House; the upcoming blood drive at Davidson Presby; our F3 brother, Ranger, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s; & all unspoken requests for our F3 Pax/brothers.
Moleskin:
AM/PM has shed some lbs and is fast too! He’s been in more running groups lately but missed the boot camp Pax and seemed to enjoy being back.
I couldn’t find Bad Santa, Cannoli, Mary Lou, and Liberace in the system (not sure why?), but those guys brought it this morning. Great job!
Deep Dish and Little Professor always brings the heat (the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree).
Gnarly Goat just laughed at us all as he effortlessly overachieved while the Pax complained about the hurt (just because he could).
Hat Trick is always a great dude to hang with and brings good vibes to our workouts while crushing it.
All of us hope we are as cool as Hot Wheels someday as he performs with ease and can run circles around us.
Hot Box still appreciates the disclaimer before our workout about “no one being responsible for injuries”. I’m sure he remembers his first post each time. He didn’t miss a beat today and gave his A game.
Scrappy didn’t order anyone to go to jail (so be nice to him), and no one passed go and collected $200 either (although that would’ve been cool). As always, Scrappy led the pack in record time for each activity. We couldn’t keep up with that guy!
Overall, we had a great workout and even better fellowship. Great being with you gents this morning.
