Do an exercise and run a lap at your own pace. The fast PAX at the front choose the exercise that is done while waiting on the six.
The group exercise we did before our laps were:

2 minute wall sit

20 Flutter kicks IC
50 Graddy corn's IC
All total we ran 2.25 miles.
Most of the exercises that were done while waiting for the six was high planks (Real creative fast people)

Reflection:
Joy is a choice. I have to decide I am going to have a joyful attitude. Do I want to lift people up or tear them down. Can I put a smile on someones face or make them feel worse that day. My uncle who passed away a couple of weeks ago always told me not to sweat the small shit. He was 100% right. I can be positive with a good attitude and be a light in people's life or I can sweat the small stuff and bring negativity in their life. That's not the person I want to be and that's not the person God wants me to be. I am going to ask you guys a favor. If you see me falling please pick me up and remind me of this reflection. I want to be a light in other peoples lives.
