These Blocks were made for Walkin’

 

A brief jog around the St. Mark lot and a stop-off to grab a block got us on our way to getting things done.

 

These blocks were made for walking.  So we ventured toward the school stopping 1/2 way for SSH x 101

 

Down Dog

The Slow ‘Merican @ 10

On to the next stop at St. Mark School.

On to the next stop at the hill behind the school.

 

Quadraphilia with blocks to the top, 7 Block ‘Mericans, forward down with blocks, 6 ‘Mericans, backward up with blocks, 5 ‘Mericans, 4, 3, 2, 1

 

Round 2.  Same thing with Block Burpees

 

Then Mayhem broke his block. Some say it was on purpose.

 

Round 3.  Same thing as round 1, but no block.

 

We double timed it back to the school lot and stopped for Muhammad Ali X 20

 

Keeping those friendly blocks we headed back toward their home, but stopped again for Slow Block ‘Mericans @ 10

 

We continued on our way to MARY
