Workout Interference


13 men showed up for Man Maker Monday. My workout plan for Ladders going up to 10 reps was thwarted by Cobra Kai's pick up truck which only allowed us 9 interval parking spaces.

Ladders X9 (increasing 9 then going down 9)

  • Diamond Pushups
  • Upright Rows
  • Calf Raises
  • Allen Iversons
  • Around the Worlds
