WARMUP:
Mosey down to the Dicks' parking lot.
SSH x20
IST x15
Carrot Pullers (TN Style) x10
Windmills x10
Mountain Climbers x10
Toy Soldier x10
THE THANG:
Mosey to the bridge
Bear Craw/Lunge Walk to the gazebo on the opposite side
Calf Raises x10 each side
Square up on the pavement for Time Bomb Exercises x5
Merkins / Mason Twist / J-Lo
Mosey back across the bridge through the parking lot to the garage
Grab some wall for Air Press, Touch them Heels and Seal Claps x10
Sevens Merkins at the bottom, WWII at the Top
Mosey back to the bridge
Bear Craw/Lunge Walk to the gazebo on the opposite side
Calf Raises x10 each side
Square up on the pavement for Time Bomb Exercises x5
Mosey back to the lot where we warmed up for Squats, Alternating Lunges and Appolo Ono's x 10
Mosey back to launch point
MARY:
Flutter Kicks x20
Pretzel Crunch x10 each side
Hip Dip x10
Recover Recover
MOLESKIN:
Solid work by everyone. This was a fast 45, I've never seen the minutes tick by so quickly at an F3 workout. I had planned to go to the other side of the AO for some rock work, but no such luck.
